Spec Home Builders
A spec home (speculative home) is a move-in ready home to appeal to customers who may not have much time to wait for a custom home. Spec homes are available when we have land or lots for sale with a home we have already started to build or are planning to build. Depending on the stage the customer purchases the home, they may make interior selections such as kitchen, flooring, and wall color. We build the house and do all the thinking, and you move into your brand-new home!

We will meet with you every week—either in person or over the phone to update you on your home’s construction and address any concerns or questions you may have. The office phone and email are always available to contact if there are any questions outside the weekly meetings.
